By accessing or using the HomeCare SaaS Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal.
2. Description of Service
The Portal is a staff and client management platform for home care agencies. It provides scheduling, time tracking, billing, messaging, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) functionality. The Portal is designed for use by authorized administrators, caregivers, and clients of HomeCare SaaS.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The HomeCare SaaS Portal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a care coordination and administrative tool. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. The Portal does not replace professional medical judgment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care.
4. User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- •You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
- •Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended for all accounts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Access the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal or its systems.
- •Use the Portal to transmit malicious software or harmful content.
- •Share, disclose, or misuse any Protected Health Information (PHI) accessed through the Portal.
- •Circumvent or disable any security features of the Portal.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Portal, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. HIPAA Compliance
All users with access to PHI are required to comply with HIPAA regulations. Unauthorized disclosure of PHI may result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to applicable regulatory authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.HomeCare SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Portal.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
